Let Pool Hero take the hassle out of preparing your pool this summer. Our complete pool opening service includes equipment check, cover removal, brushing, and handrail and diving board installation. Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment Policy When you submit a booking request, no payment is taken from the website. After receiving your request, we will review your information and our availability and then contact you by email or phone to confirm or decline your requested date and time, or suggest an alternative. If your appointment is approved, we will email you a separate invoice with the service details and amount due. Payment terms may vary and will be specified on the invoice. Your booking is not confirmed until you receive our confirmation and invoice, and any required payment is made according to the terms on the invoice. *Chemicals not included unless otherwise specified. Any chemicals provided will be billed separately.**
