Pool Hero Service: Comprehensive cleaning, vacuuming, and chemical balancing for maximum water clarity and safety. Weekly/ Bi-Weekly or Monthly Visits: Flexible cadences for indoor pools, screened enclosures, or low-traffic properties. Winter Watch Program: Monthly off-season inspections of covers, water levels, and equipment to prevent costly spring surprises. Equipment Health Audits: Proactive monitoring of pumps, filters, and heaters to identify potential issues before they become emergencies. Custom Chemical Strategy: Your choice between All-Inclusive flat-rate billing or Heroic Precision (pay-per-dose) transparency.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment Policy When you submit a booking request, no payment is taken from the website. After receiving your request, we will review your information and our availability and then contact you by email or phone to confirm or decline your requested date and time, or suggest an alternative. If your appointment is approved, we will email you a separate invoice with the service details and amount due. Payment terms may vary and will be specified on the invoice. Your booking is not confirmed until you receive our confirmation and invoice, and any required payment is made according to the terms on the invoice. *Chemicals not included unless otherwise specified. Any chemicals provided will be billed separately.**
